This yeast produces a crisp and clean beer with low fruitiness and mild esters. A very popular brew house strain with mild citrus notes that develop at cooler fermentation temperatures. Beer styles: American Pale Ale, American Amber, American Brown, Brown Porter, Cream Ale, Irish Red Ale, Strong Scotch Ale, IPA’s and many other styles.
