Description
Great choice of yeast for high gravity worts. At lower temperatures it will finish dry and crisp with subtle fruitiness. At higher temperatures fruit and esters will increase. Beer styles: dry stout, Irish red ale, American amber, porters, stouts, imperial IPA, Scottish style beers and many other styles.
