Description
A good top cropping yeast that is good with beer styles like porters, brown ale’s, stout’s, and American IPA. Expect to get distinct fruit esters with a malty profile. With high flocculation your beer will clear well without filtering. A diacetly rest is recommended after fermentation is complete.
