Description
Used for a wide variety of Belgian style ales. Has a nice ester profile and spicy alcohol notes. It attenuates well and can be slow to start. Beer styles: Belgian Strong Ales, Tripel, Dubbel, Witbier, Belgian Specialty Ale, CHristmas or Winter Ale.
