Description
A classic choice for brewing Belgian Strong Ale’s as well as Tripel, Belgian blonde’s, Belgian specialty ale, Bierre de Garde and Christmas/Winter ale. It has a high alcohol tolerant and will produce a complex ester profile that balances nicely with phenolics. The malty flavor and aroma will remain even with a well attenuated dry, tart finish.
