Description
This yeast will give you good flocculation and great malty flavor. It will ferment fairly dry, crisp and clean. Beer style: Ordinary and Special Bitters, ESB, English Brown, Brown Porter, Dry Stout, English IPA, English Barley Wine, Cream Ale, and Irish Red.
